Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

All returns must be requested and approved before sending the item back. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after approval.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return courier charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Banks may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
To receive a replacement, first request a return.
After approval, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
